Delivery, Orders and Refunds
When will I get my order?If your order contains downloadable items, like screen wallpapers you will be able to download them immediately after you have paid. For my physical merchandise, I work with an international company. Because they make everything especially for you it usually takes 3–7 days for them to despatch the order after you have placed it. The shipping time will depend on your location, but here are some estimates:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where do you deliver to?I work with international companies to make my merchandise. They ship to almost every country of the world with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
Where will my order ship from?The companies that fulfill my orders have facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?Before getting in touch with me, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
How are your products made?I work with drop shipping companies to fulfil my orders. They have production facilities worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?When your order is dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact us.
I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?I’m so sorry if the product you received arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please contact me within a week of receipt. Please give your order number, explain the problem, if an item was damaged enclose photos of the damaged, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your return policy?
Because all physical products are made to order I can’t offer returns and exchanges if you simply have changed your mind. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, e.g. an item is damaged or is incorrect or missing (see above), please let contact me.
Do you offer refunds?
Because your goods are made to order we can only offer refunds to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact me with photos of wrong or damaged items within a week of receipt and I’ll sort it out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, I don’t offer exchanges so please order with care. If you are unsure about the size of a print to order I would recommend cutting a piece of card from an old cardboard box to the size you are planning on ordering and placing it on the wall in the position you have in mind to check whether the print will be right for you. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at contact me within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a
